Classroom Management Tools

I made these to use next year and wanted to share them with you.  The first one is one we (Angie and I) have developed after years of using the "pink slip" method from Harry Wong documenting missing and incomplete assignments.

This is another form we use to document behavior.  This past year we have used the clip chart method.  We love it so much, that we took the creator's choice slips and made our own to incorporate our school rules.  We also made the back a fill in the blank format.  Sometimes I have to laugh at what the kids write on the back of the slip to make it sound like they weren't doing anything wrong.  Hopefully our new form will make it easier to fill in and takes a more proactive (YEA! Seven Habits!) approach to discipline.

I can customize this for you or send you one you can tweak after school is out next week. Just remember I make everything in Pages (Apple's word processor).  I can convert it to Word, but I can't promise it will look the same.  I know for a fact that unless you have these fonts on your computer, the fonts will be different.
